Payment & Security

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Switch, Solo & Delta). Cheques are also acceptable and should be made payable to 'The Pogo Store'. We also accept bank transfers and of course cash if collecting in person.

Pricing

All prices quoted include Vat. Customers located outside the EC can purchase goods with Value Added Tax (@ 17.5%). Please email info@pogostore.co.uk for a tax free quotation.

Buying online at The Pogo Store

Your safety is guaranteed because The Pogo Store uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop oline with us. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information and are registered under the Data Protection Act. We use SSL Software to encrypt your credit or debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.

If you pay by credit/debit card, the charge will appear on your credit card statement as 'Networx Limited - Lanark'

Overseas orders

Orders to addresses outside the UK are normally sent via Royal Mail International Registered Delivery - an insured postal service. Delivery via UPS can also be arranged. For delivery costs to specific countries please email info@pogostore.co.uk.

Warranty & Guarantees

All products sold carry a one year manufacturers parts & labour guarantee unless otherwise stated. If your purchase proves to be faulty, contact us by telephone, fax or email and we can make arrangements for your product to be tested and replaced.

Returns

When returning your product, for whatever reason, please contact us by telephone (01555 666 444) or email to inform us that you wish to return the product.

We will then assign you a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authourisation) number, which should be included with the product to be returned in order to help us process your returned product quickly. Please use a secure delivery method which is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
