Upgrade Programme

Prices for upgrading your current model are detailed in the upgrade section . This also indicates a full list of Pogo GPS detectors which can be upgraded.

To upgrade, find your current Pogo from the column on the left in the upgrade section, then choose which detector you would like to upgrade to from the drop down menu and press 'Buy Now'. Prices for each upgrade are detailed in the drop down menus, next to the system you want to upgrade to.

To complete the upgrade transaction 'Go to Payments' in the shopping cart and complete the payment details.

Once the upgrade payment has been received, your new detector will be dispatched. Instructions on how to send your old unit back to The Pogo Store will also be included. Once you have received your new detector, you will then have 10 working days to send us your old (current) Pogo.

Any detector sent to The Pogo Store as part exchange for the upgrade program, must be in good working order and not have been modified in any way. All associated items such as power cords and mounting brackets should be returned with the unit.

Your credit or debit card details will be held by The Pogo Store for 10 working days. In the event that no old Pogo detector is received, the remaining balance of the new detector you ordered will be taken by The Pogo Store.

For example if you upgrade your Classic Pogo to a Pogo Plus:
The Pogo Store will charge your credit/debit card £249.95 and dispatch your Pogo Plus. If you return your old unit to The Pogo Store within 10 working days of receiving your new unit, no further charges will be applied to your credit/debit card. If after 10 working days you have not sent your Classic Pogo to The Pogo Store, we will charge the remaining balance of £100.00 to the credit or debit card you used to pay for the upgrade.

Please note: When upgrading, unused subscription time cannot be transferred from your existing Pogo to your new one. Even in the case of a Lifetime Subscription having been purchased.

Your order

With your order, you will also receive details of the address to send your old unit back to.

When sending your unit to The Pogo Store:

Please send a covering letter, stating your name, upgrade request and contact details, with your old detector.

We ask that you send any items to us via Royal Mail Recorded First Class delivery to ensure safe delivery of your current system, as you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.
